Timeshare resale scams are quickly becoming one of the most common and damaging consumer scams reported to the Better Business Bureau each year, which means that people trying to sell their timeshare need to be especially wary of the people they choose to work with to get help selling a timeshare. It can be difficult to find a company you can trust to help you sell your timeshare, so when you find a good one it is important to share, and a great one can be found at GivebackTimeshare.com.

It can be difficult to distinguish between companies you can trust and companies that will only mislead you and take you for a ride. Give back Timeshare is not one of those companies. They offer many of the same services that other companies, but do so while offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee - which is something you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. These legal and real estate experts know what it takes to sell a timeshare and actually work for you, not against you. They aren't a listing and marketing service. The are licensed real estate brokers with years of experience, so you can rest assured you are working with professionals who know what they are doing.

You don't have to worry about falling victim to a timeshare resale scam at Giveback Timeshare. They don't charge upfront fees, and you don't owe them a dime until they sell your timeshare, and in some cases you won't owe them any money at all if you qualify. They don't beat around the bush when it comes to the sale of your timeshare, so they will give it to you straight. If they can't sell your timeshare they will refer you to someone who can. All you have to do is answer a few questions about your timeshare and you can be on your way to being free of the burden once and for all.

I love to vacation, but money is tight. I finally had to ask myself the question, "I want to buy a timeshare, but is it worth it?”. ANSWER: Absolutely! For far less than the cost of a traditional vacation I can purchase a timeshare and have access to great amenities like golf, skiing, and pristine beaches.

My wife and I are on a fixed income, so taking a vacation seemed out of our budgetary reach until I discovered the joy of a timeshare. Now we can afford to vacation without the expense of hotel rooms, valets and room service. We can make our own hours during our vacation! We have no worries about checkout times or extra expenses! My grandchildren can come and enjoy it too! Me and my wife love to watch our kids and grandchildren enjoying life knowing that they have a place to go to; to sleep in and to shower away the salt of the beach or the perspiration of a hard days skiing down powdery slopes. We couldn't be happier!

When I retired a few years ago, I never dreamed I’d be able to afford the quality vacation experience owning a time share has provided. The freedom of being able to unwind and get away from it all in the privacy of our own timeshare property has allowed us to make the most of our golden years and stay well within our budget! I recommend purchasing a timeshare to all our friends and family.

The amenities we have access to are incredible! I can play golf with my son or go swimming with my grandchildren all in the same day and within just minutes of our timeshare property. My wife enjoys the time to catch up with the kids over a cup of coffee or just the ability to read a good book on a quiet porch. There are so many options for retirement-age couples like us. We’ve even met some new friends who also own a timeshare nearby. We’ve all been talking about how great life is when a vacation doesn’t have to cost a fortune! You don’t have to break the bank or drain away your life savings just to have a quality vacation experience.

Life is too short to have to settle for a vacation that falls short of your expectations. If you like your vacations on your own terms then a timeshare may just the thing for you and your family. And again, if you're still saying, "I want to buy a timeshare, but is it worth it?" Then if you're like me, then trust me, you DO want to buy a timeshare, and you can afford it. Just make sure that you do your homework.

Sometimes in a dog-eat-dog world where people are always rushing around trying to make ends meet they forget how to just sit back and enjoy life. It is unfortunate. Seeing the same old streets, sidewalks and high-rise buildings everyday can be drudgery. One needs to get away for his own peace of mind, meeting new people and gaining new experiences. That is why timeshares for sale in Hawaii are so valuable. I can take at least one week out of every year to start enjoying life again.

What are the advantages of timeshare properties?

Timeshare properties are jointly owned by different people to use at different times throughout the year, and allow the owners to save money on yearly vacations. Timeshare owners are able to lock in rates for future vacation accommodations. They also have the option of choosing where and when they want to travel, and the amount of vacation time they would like to spend without the hassles of endless planning only to discover accommodations are unavailable. When it comes right down to it if I invest in timeshares that are for sale in Hawaii I am investing in my own little piece of paradise with Hawaii’s magnificent beaches, lush inland forests, waterfalls, and aquatic coral labyrinths.

So what options do I have available to choose from for a timeshare for sale in Hawaii?

For my very own beach-side villa I could choose Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas. Ka’anapali’s North Beach is considered one of the best in the country where I can enjoy soaking up some sun or enjoy spending time wading in the surf. The resort offers all the amenities I could need including laundry, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, a beautiful recreation lagoon, golfing, horseback riding, and sailing. There will be no end to enjoyable moments at my villa at Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort.

At Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy I could relax and enjoy the beauty of tropical surroundings and gorgeous beaches. I could take a stroll enjoying the rock formations and waterfalls. Accommodations even include resort pools and an Oceanside Jacuzzi for deluxe relaxation. I will have all the amenities of home such as cooking utilities, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave all with nearby activities like fishing or practicing my game on the tennis courts. Exercise equipment is even available so I can stay in shape before taking a jog along the seashore.

What could be more relaxing than dozing to the sound of the surf from my ocean-view lanai at Kahana Beach Resort with its golden beaches and pristine waters? All the comforts of home come with a vast array of nearby activities that include fishing, golf, horseback riding and bicycle trails for the adventurous. Snorkeling adventures are also an option that can make my yearly vacation one that will last a lifetime.

On the island of Kauai with its tropical beaches and cascading mountain vistas I can invest in a Hawaiian timeshare at the Pono Kai Resort which is situated on eleven beachfront acres. There I can have all the amenities of home along with a few added luxuries such as a sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts. Nearby activities are endless and include sports such as boating and racquetball. Water sports include scuba diving, waterskiing and windsurfing. At Pono Kai Resort I can start relishing the life I long to live.

Timeshares for sale in Hawaii offer opportunities to start enjoying life again.

Owning a timeshare can be a huge hassle. They start off affordable and quickly snowball into a financial burden that you rarely get to use the way you intended to. This makes the thought of getting rid of your property a pretty appealing thought after a while. Unfortunately, finding out to to successfully get rid of a timeshare safely and affordably can be just as much of a hassle, if not more, since timeshare resale fraud is fast becoming one of the most common (and costly) consumer frauds in the country. So how can you get rid of your timeshare without falling victim to one of these sneaky scams?

Each year the Better Business Bureau releases their annual list of common consumer scams. Top contenders consist of credit card fraud and insurance fraud. However, every year a newer scheme makes its way closer to the top - timeshare resale scams. Last year it was ranked number four on the list, and national statistics it may rank even higher now as it nudges out its competitors in many states.

If you are trying to sell your timeshare it is essential that you do what you can to avoid these scams. Diligent research is the best way to prepare yourself in case you come up against these con artists as it educates you on what to look out for. Never believe exaggerated promises of a fast sale or guaranteed buyers, and turn away companies that want you to pay expensive upfront fees. Ask a lot of questions, follow up, and never agree to a commitment before you have had the opportunity to do some research.

There are a lot of things that owners need to be concerned about when trying to sell their timeshares. Fraud is on the rise, costs are going up, and more people than every are asking how to get rid of their timeshares. One of the main aspects centered in the middle of all of this is the issue of upfront fees. Scams use them to get money from their victims, reputable companies abuse them, and and it can be difficult to know when you are paying too much. It may seem like upfront fees are a necessary evil in the timeshare resale industry. No matter where you look or who you ask, almost everyone wants you to give them something up front. But how much is too much and is it possible to avoid these fees all together?

To a certain degree, you should always plan on paying some money upfront. However, how much is up for debate. A good rule of thumb to follow is what we like to call the "$100 Rule". Some fees, such as those to retain a title transfer company, paperwork, or other understandable administrative fees can be expected. For the most part, these shouldn't cost more than $100. If a company wants you to pay more than that, it may be a good idea to keep looking in order to protect yourself from timeshare resale scams.

However, there are some companies that don't charge upfront fees at all to help you learn how to get rid of a timeshare. They do this based on the premise that they should only get paid once they sell your timeshare. Not only does this provide the company and incentive to work for you, but it also to ensure your satisfaction with their service.

The folks over at TimeshareSecrets.com know what they are talking about. I have been trying to sell my timeshare on my one for several months to no avail, but after checking out the resources that Dan & Donna Connelly have made available has really boosted my spirits that I will be able to get rid of my timeshare.

I was having trouble even giving it away to people, and had no idea what obstacles I would find myself up against (uncooperative developers and endless red tape, as I have found out, are not uncommon). I put in days trying to find help for getting rid of my timeshares, and out of all of the sites I have come across so far, the Connelly's is the best. They really know what timeshare owners are going through trying to get rid of their timeshares, because they have been before.

Instead of just complaining about the trouble they had selling their timeshare, they have poured their knowledge into this site to help out other people. I have yet to find a site or a group of people who are more helpful than those at TimeshareSecrets.

Getting out of a timeshare can be easy and painless if you know what you are doing. There’s the matter of finding the right price for you and your buyer, and there’s the issue of finding the right timeshare agency to facilitate the sale for you. Here are step by step procedures on selling your timeshare property to make the process much easier for you.

Determine Your Price

It’s easy to assume that getting out of a timeshare can be profitable for you as you can sell your property at a higher price than what you paid for originally. In some cases, this is true. But those cases are few and far between. Normally, you will have to sell your timeshare property at a lower price. It’s disappointing to know, but this is how things normally go in the timeshare reselling market.

To make this fact go down easy, you have to find the best price that makes your property competitive in the market without leaving you out in the cold. Check the prices of properties for sale that are similar to yours and come up with a price along those lines while still being acceptable for you. Just remind yourself that you either accept this lower price or you get stuck with your timeshare property for a very long time.

Get The Word Out

Use bulletin boards, newsletters, websites and even word of mouth marketing to let the world know that you are selling your timeshare property. This will get the ball rolling on you getting calls from potential buyers. However, this process can take up a lot of time so if you’re not willing to invest this amount of time in selling your timeshare on your own, get some help from experts.

Find Reputable People To Help You Out

Getting out of a timeshare can involve a lot of sinister people offering shady deals that look too good to be true. You can tell if deals are shady if they require upfront fees. Some legitimate timeshare agencies do have these upfront fees but you can do better than work with those types of companies. A timeshare agency should only be paid once they have delivered their services completely, which means they have facilitated the sale from the very first step of consulting you about price and other important information about your property up to the very last step of conducting the ownership transfer and giving you the buyer’s payment.

If you need to let go of your timeshare property as fast as possible, you need to know how to get rid of your timeshare in a quick and safe manner. In this article, you’ll learn basic lessons on how to get rid of your timeshare by yourself or by hiring a company to do it for you. Either way, you must stay vigilant and careful as there are quite a few challenges to overcome like shady people and dubious scams.

How to Get Rid of Your Timeshare By Yourself

If you think you are brave enough and you have the right marketing skills to do so, you can sell your timeshare property without hiring professionals. Here are easy steps to do it on your own:

1. Determine the value of your property. If you wish not to hire services that deal specifically in determining the value of timeshare properties, you can set your own price after you have done research on market prices. Look for timeshare properties similar to yours and check their pricing. Find the trend and base your pricing from that.
2. Advertise online and offline. You can post ads on your properties immediate area or you can post a listing on any of the numerous auction websites out there. Once you have collected potential buyers, keep track of their contact info and talk to them one by one until you find your perfect buyer.
3. Before actually selling your property, make sure you do at least a simple background check on your buyer to make sure you will not be pulled in to some sort of scam. You can just verify their identity and do a simple search on them online to see if they are trustworthy people or not.

No matter how you good you are at selling things and even if you already have experience in selling timeshare properties, it is still a good idea to consult a professional.

How to Get Rid of Your Timeshare By Hiring Professionals

There are several timeshare agencies out there that claim to help you sell your timeshare property but you can do yourself a favor and not trust them until you have done your research. Check customer reviews and client feedback before you choose the right one for you.

Once you have chosen the right timeshare agency, you can let them do most of the work. Take note that if they ask for an upfront fee before you get any kind of result, that is considered shady and you should think twice if you want to proceed doing business with the, especially if there are not enough positive feedback from customers.
